EPS Returns by Pharmacist - English Pharmacies only

The EPS Returns screen allows head office users to understand the volumes and reimbursement value of EPS prescriptions being returned to the NHS Spine across your group.

Returning EPS prescriptions to the NHS Spine is often part of the process of removing uncollected EPS prescriptions from the shelves and can be a way of checking that pharmacies are returning prescriptions as per your group protocol. It can also highlight unexpectedly high volumes or values of prescriptions being returned from a particular user. It captures who and what has been returned so that you can track and identify any suspicious trends at head office level.

Note - Tiles update hourly and provide a 28 day running total with comparison to the previous 28 day running total.
