The Unclaimed 2DRX screen displays all unclaimed 2DRX prescriptions for your Welsh stores:

The Unclaimed 2DRX headline provides a dynamic summary of the unclaimed 2DRX prescriptions across your Welsh stores:

Unclaimed 2DRX Table

The Unclaimed 2DRX table displays the financial performance of each Welsh store in your group in ranked order for unclaimed 2DRX prescriptions:

You can perform the following actions from this screen:

• Search - To search for an individual store, simply enter the store name in Search and the table updates as you type.

• Sorting Data - Select any header to sort pharmacies by the chosen header, for example, select Unclaimed 2DRX total to sort pharmacies by the number of unclaimed prescriptions. You can sort ascending or descending as required.

Exporting Data

To export all Unclaimed 2DRX data for your group to a CSV file:

1. From the Unclaimed 2DRX screen select EXPORT :

   

2. The CSV file saves to your local Downloads folder.

   Training Tip - To view the Downloads folder, open Windows File Explorer, and then locate and select Downloads. A list of your recently downloaded files displays.
