Fixed Prism Stock Control

 

The principles of Fixed Prism are the same as those described for Prism, except that you set the minimum stock level at a fixed quantity that does not vary with demand. This figure overrides any usage figures regardless of whether they are lower or higher.

You can add a Minimum order quantity if required.

Set default to Fixed Prism at Pharmacy level

• Naviagte to Menu > Tools > Pharmacy Details > Ordering tab > Stock Control section.

• Select Fixed Prism.

• Click OK to finish.

Set Fixed Prism for individual products

You can set individual products to Fixed Prism irrespective of what the Pharmacy level default is. Therefore, even if the Pharmacy default is Prism or Balance, you can set any product to fixed Prism.

• Naviagte to Menu > Tools > Inquiry > Find Product > Select product > Details > Details tab > Ordering section.

• At Order Method, select Fixed Prism.

• Click OK then OK thenOK to finish.
