National Medication Administration Record (MAR) Chart (Wales only)

We have introduced a National Medication Administration Record (MAR) chart for all MDS patients in Wales. To access the updated MAR Chart:

1. Access the Nursing Home Details screen, to do this:

   1. Select Tools - Inquiry - Nursing Home to open the Find Institution screen:

      

   2. Press Enter on your keyboard to view a full list of the nursing homes that exist within Pharmacy Manager:

      

      • Select Add Home to open the Nursing Home Details screen for a new home.

      • Select the required nursing home from the list and then select Details to view the Nursing Home Details screen.

2. From the Nursing Home Details screen, select CPW from Dosage system:

   

3. From Print MAR, select CPW A4 Portrait or CPW A4 Landscape:

   

4. Select Apply and Close .

The updated MAR chart is now available to use.
