UCF Clinical Accuracy Check

A Clinical Accuracy Check can be recorded against a Universal Claim Framework (UCF) supply.

To record a clinical accuracy check:

  1. From the Consultation Details section of the UCF Supply, select Record clinical and accuracy checks:

  2. The UCF Clinical Accuracy Check screen displays. Enter relevant text in the boxes as required. This may be a record of the staff member who carried out a particular stage, notes about the suitability of the medication provided as part of the service or the appropriateness of the quantity and its dose frequency for the patient:

  3. Select Add .

  4. The entered details are saved with the date and time stamp. You can add further notes but cannot edit existing notes:

  5. Select OK to record the clinical and accuracy checks, or select Cancel to close without recording.
