Patient GP Record - Observations
Note - A patient's GP record is only viewable if their personal details have been verified in the last 24 hours through the Personal Demographics Service (PDS). See Verifying Patient Details for details.
You can view a patient's observation data from the Patient GP Record screen. The Observation Data section of a patient's record includes details of clinical observations, for example, blood pressure readings or smoking status.
Select from the following Observation Data sections:

Blood Pressure
-
Pulse Rate
-
BMI (Body Mass Index)
-
Height
-
Weight
-
Smoking
-
Alcohol
Time Frame
Each section displays the last 15 months of Observation Data by default. You can change this to display all available observation data.
