Sorting Vaccine Batches

To sort Active, Finished or Decommissioned vaccine batches in the Batch Management screen:

1. From the Vaccinations Service screen, select BATCH MANAGEMENT . The Batch Management screen displays.

   

2. Select a column header to sort the data either:

   • Oldest to Newest / A-Z, or,

   • Newest to Oldest / Z-A.

Filtering Vaccine Batches

You can select which vaccine batches display on the Batch Management screen by applying a filter. To filter vaccine batches:

1. From the Vaccinations Service screen, select BATCH MANAGEMENT . The Batch Management screen displays.

2. Select either the Active, Finished or Decommissioned tab. A list of vaccine batches displays.

   

3. Select Filter and the Filters screen displays on the right-hand side of the screen.

   

4. From here you can filter the data by the Vaccine Type, select either:

   • Flu Vaccine

   • COVID-19

5. Select APPLY . The active filters display and the Vaccinations Service screen and the list updates.

   

   Select to clear the filters individually.

   Training Tip - Select CLEAR ALL on the Filters screen to clear all the selected filters.
