Viewing NMS Episodes

To view active and completed NMS episodes:

Viewing Active Episodes

The Active Episodes tab displays your NMS episodes in progress. To view your active episodes in Pharmacy Services:

  1. From the Pharmacy Services Side Navigation Bar select NMS . The Active Episodes tab displays and lists any episodes in progress:

  2. Select OPEN to open an active episode. The summary of the NMS displays:

    From here you can select VIEW SESSION  to view a session's details, select START SESSION  to start the next session, or select Edit to change the appointment details of the next session.

Viewing Completed Episodes

The Completed Episodes tab displays your closed and completed NMS episodes. To view your closed and completed episodes in Pharmacy Services:

  1. From the Pharmacy Services Side Navigation Bar select NMS . Select the Completed Episodes tab. A list of closed and completed episodes displays:

    Training Tip - The Completed Episodes screen provides a summary of completed claimable episodes from the last and current month.
  2. Select OPEN next to the required episode.

  3. The NMS screen displays the patient's details and a summary of the completed sessions:

    From here you can select VIEW SESSION  to view details from a previous session:
