  • We have enhanced the Product Usage by splitting Top Product Usage and Generic Product Usage into standalone screens within the Stock section. This change improves clarity, navigation, and reporting flexibility, with enhanced filtering, interactive drill-downs, and improved export capabilities for a more intuitive user experience:

    • Top Product Usage - The Top Product Usage report provides a clear overview of the most dispensed products across your group of stores within a selected date range. Use it to track trends, compare performance, and identify high-usage items.

      An Average column automatically displays after Packs Dispensed when using time-based filters, showing the average packs dispensed per period for quick trend comparison.

      Use Top Product Usage to:

      • Toggle visibility of individual stores

      • Viewing usage trends by day, week, month, or year

      • Drill down into product-level details

      • Export data for further analysis

    • Generic Product Usage - The new Generic Product Usage screen enables you to find specific products and view their usage across different stores and time periods. New Reports

Important - The Top Product Usage report is included in Pharmacy Intelligence Hub 7.0 as part of a phased rollout and is currently being tested by a small number of customers. This means it isn’t available immediately for all pharmacies. You will receive further information about this functionality when it is available to your organisation.

  • Product Usage - Product Search - We have introduced a new Product Search tab to the Product Usage module enabling you to find specific products and view their usage across different stores and time periods. You can search for products using their generic name, and the system will automatically identify relevant products based on your input. Results include the target generic medication as well as associated branded products, ensuring comprehensive visibility. By using Product Search, you can quickly identify top dispensed products and trends in your stores, and make informed decisions about stock management.

  • MMR Call/Recall - We have introduced a new MMR Vaccination report to the Services section of Pharmacy Intelligence Hub. This report provides a summary view of the attempts made to sign up patients for the MMR vaccination. This feature is only available in certain regions.

  • Improved Performance Table Visibility - The Reimbursements and Services Store Performance tables now feature a new row showing All Stores data, which remains at the top of the table even after searching, filtering, or sorting. This pinned row ensures that the consolidated data is always easily accessible and visible.

    • Services Overview - The Services Overview screen now includes a Vaccinations Service section, displaying both Flu and COVID vaccination data.

    • Services Income - The Services Income graph can now display both Flu and COVID vaccination data.

  • Vaccinations Performance - We have introduced the following enhancements to the Vaccinations Performance screen:

  • Announcements Banner - We have added a new announcements banner to the Pharmacy Intelligence Hub Dashboard to keep you informed on product updates, notifications, and announcements. The banner displays a brief summary of the announcement, click on the banner for more details.

    Note - The announcements banner only displays when there is a product update, notification, or announcement to read about.

  • Navigation Headers - Navigational headers now display at the top of each screen, making it easy to switch between screens. For example, from the EPS at Risk screen, you can quickly jump to the Financial Overview screen or return to the Dashboard using the headers.

  • EPS at Risk - Store Summary - The following improvements have been made:

    • CD Status - A new CD Status column clearly identifies expiring EPS prescriptions containing a Controlled Drug (CD) by a CONTAINS CD tag.

      Note - This feature is dependent on having Pharmacy Manager 17.0 or newer installed.

    • Exemption Status - A new Exemption Status column clearly identifies the exemption status of an expiring EPS prescription.

  • Pharmacy First Two Tier Threshold - The Pharmacy First Performance report is updated in response to the new banded monthly payment approach introduced 1 June 2025.

    Note - Due to the change to the monthly payment, Pharmacy First consultations provided from 1 June 2025, must be claimed for within one month from the end of the month in which they were provided. This also means that from 1 June 2025 if you have not yet claimed for Pharmacy First consultations carried out in March, April and May 2025, you must claim these by 11:59pm on 30 June 2025 in order to receive payment.
